ADMISSION TO VARIOUS PROGRAMMES

Religious background
Africa Theological Seminary welcomes applications from persons who are committed to Christ and His Kingdom. Incoming students must have had a definite Christian conversion and must be active in ministry prior to applying. 
They must exhibit sound moral character and agree to abide by the academic and social regulations and doctrinal tenets of the Seminary. Each applicant must submit a recommendation from his or her spiritual or ministry overseer.  
Admission requirements
Applicant must be at least

    • 25 years of age for the Degree program.
    • 22 years for Diploma and Certificate.

The applicant must be academically capable of coping with studies at Certificate, Diploma and Degree levels. 
Applicants must also have a minimum of three years of experience in ministry. 
As an educational institution within an emergent society, ATS emphasizes English language proficiency.

KCSE D+ or its equivalent

Certificate in Counseling Psychology

KCSE D+ or its equivalent

Diploma in Counseling Psychology

KCSE C or its equivalent

Diploma in Bible and Theology

KCSE C or its equivalent

Bachelor of Arts (Bible and Theology)

KCSE C+ and above or its equivalent

Bachelor of Arts (Counseling Psychology)

KCSE C+ and above or its equivalent
